Holding a university degree and a background in marketing management for a global company, Kerri’s strategic mindset has always been her strength. But when she became a mom, she took a well-earned pause to focus on her most important role: raising her kids!
Not content to stay idle, Kerri dove into investing in multifamily residential properties, specializing in change-of-use opportunities. She then expanded her horizons by starting a property management company to handle the properties she was acquiring. It’s safe to say, she thrives in the fast-paced world of real estate! After earning her real estate license, Kerri began helping clients navigate the market, utilizing the invaluable strategies and negotiation skills honed throughout her diverse career. And let’s not underestimate the negotiating power that comes with being a mom.
She is particularly passionate about working with busy families, as she knows firsthand the juggle and hustle it takes. A graduate of Schulich School of Business, Shaun’s background also includes leading a marketing team at a global paint company. A proud resident of Aurora with her husband and two kids, Shaun is actively involved in her community and offers a deep understanding of the local neighborhoods, which is a valuable asset for her clients.
